The kitchen
Cooked over fire, mostly.
A short menu that changes about every two weeks. Diego runs the kitchen on a four-burner range and a wood-fired oven; we lean into what’s local and seasonal, and admit to it when something on the menu is just because we love it.


The cellar
Pacific Northwest, mostly.
Sara writes the list. Heavy on Washington, Oregon, and the cooler parts of California, with a few unloved corners of Europe she can’t help herself on (Etna, the Jura, the Loire). Twelve by-the-glass on any given night; another seventy by the bottle.
Reservations
A few tables, mostly the counter.
Reservations on Friday and Saturday only. Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday, the counter is first-come, first-served. We hold the last two seats every night for walk-ins.
